So how was your weekend? Pretty good, actually. We drove up to Wayanad on Saturday morning. The roads were fine until Vythiri, then it started pouring. We ended up spending most of the afternoon in a tea shop waiting for it to stop. Sounds like a typical monsoon trip. Totally. But Sunday was lovely — clear skies, and we did the Edakkal caves before heading back.
